Our interpreters are professionally qualified with NRPSI, DPSI and NVQ Level 4 or above. Additionally, our business is BS EN ISO 9001 accredited.
We provide a high quality interpreting and translation services, working with individual clients as well as commercial, medical, legal and local government agencies. Our multi-lingual teams of account managers have the experience to advise clients on their interpreting & translating needs and to provide them with best support packages.
We ensure complete confidentiality within the Data Protection Act. We have over a thousand interpreters and translators, each fully qualified in their respective languages that are fully screened and vetted by us. Our interpreters are also professionally qualified with NRPSI, DPSI and NVQ Level 4 or above. Our translators and interpreters are able to ensure accurate communication between people of different languages while taking into account cultural sensitivities and confidentiality.
Our translators always work in their native language, and all translations at ITLS are proof read and then re-edited, and checked again before dispatch. Our translators deliver a culturally accurate, professional product while maintaining fidelity to the original document. All our interpreters/translators have CRB clearance.
